You choose the location for our courteous drivers to service.

We provide you with our special bayside Cleaners laundry bags as you need.

Your driver leaves on with you each time he/she picks up your clothes.

How do I place an order?

If you are already signed up, just leave a bag out on your scheduled pick-up day by 8:00am. If you are not yet a registered customer: click here to sign-up!

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?

On our first visit, our driver will leave you with an introductory Bayside Cleaners kit which will include among other things, your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days.

Do I have to tip the driver?

No. Our drivers do not accept tips and gratuities.

Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?

No. your driver will service the pre-selected location. If you cannot leave your bag out for our driver, we can accommodate you (selected areas), as long as there is someone at the location to give out and receive your garments per your instructions.

How do I tell Bayside Cleaners about a special request/issue with my garments?

Simply leave a detailed note in your bag for our Bayside Cleaners representative.
